You'll be redirected to the MDhub website where you fill out and submit a form, which will be quickly faxed to our office. It's just that easy to send our office a message that will automatically pop up on the office fax machine.

MDhub means communicating with your doctor's office on your own terms. Calling the doctor' s office often means getting a busy signal, being put on hold, or press 1 for…press 2 for…press 3 for, and having your personal life overheard by your office mates. |

MDhub eliminates any chance of your message being garbled in transcription. Regardless of how the message is left by phone, even when a live person answers the telephone, the message must be written down by the office staff, which leaves room for error. |

MDhub means no waiting by the phone for the medical office to return your call. When the patient leaves a telephone message that requires a callback, they often fear missing the callback and therefore stay by the phone waiting for the return call. Alternatively, the patient is often not at the phone and the process of telephone tag begins. |

Utilizing this listing, the doctor is certain to receive the correct pharmacy, address, phone number, and fax number, without needing to look up the information. |

MDhub provides local specialist information. The Referral Request form provides a listing of physicians in the user's geographic area providing another efficiency not available on other sites. The patient simply selects the appropriate physician from the list. Submitted in this fashion, the referring doctor will receive information consistent with the patient's HMO and will also receive the referred doctor's address, telephone, and fax numbers requiring neither the patient nor the doctor to look up the information. |
